Sanstone is a sedimentary rock/stone consisting of grains of quartz, mica,feldspar, and other materials bonded together with calcite (a natural cement). Sandstone comes in many colours such as tan, brown, yellow, red, grey, and white and has a layered appearence. Sanstone is an easily workable rock/stone, so it can be shaped into many forms and styles.
